emacs-mozc-bin software package provides Helper module for emacs-mozc, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install emacs-mozc-bin
emacs-mozc-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the emacs-mozc-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep emacs-mozc-bin *
You will get with emacs-mozc-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
